If your property was added to the MLS, it may take up to 48 hours to fully distribute to property outlets like Nubuildz. -
There are several display conditions utilized on Nubuildz in an effort to provide an attractive presentation. Properties that do not have an image, price, a builder label, or are not marked as a New Construction property type get filtered out. -
Nubuildz primarily only supports local custom home builder property listings. National builders typically get filtered out.
